Erdene-Setseg (Jewel Flower) "Dennie" ~ Nomadic teen on the City scene.

<sub>Dennie is a 17 year old Nomad from Mongolia. Her family traverse a large area surrounding the capital, Ulaanbaatar. Aptly named Erdensetseg after the mining city of Erdenet (150 miles north-west of the capital), which her family where camped near at the time of her birth.

Dennie frequents Erdenet and Ulaanbaatar, soaking up the "luxuries" and city culture that she was once rarely exposed to, and is the only member of her family to have attended a public school. Between the two cities, her family runs a "one of a kind" tourist experience, offering the nomadic lifestyle to visitors who tire of cities and their dusty streets. Dennie is the face and voice for her family's thriving business, luring in tourists to experience a "Traditional Mongolian Nomadic Lifestyle" for anything from two weeks to 3 months in length. 

Dennie has an older brother, Batzorig (Strong Courage) "Bat", who is quite literally as his name assumes he is. Bat is the muscle of their family, a skilled hunter/gatherer who studied the ways of the land as opposed to a textbook. However, he has learned a thing or two from his well versed little sister. Their mother Naransetseg passed away when Dennie was 12 and Bat was 19. Their father, Ganbaatar who is now well in his 50s, has settled into goat herding, supplying fresh milk and meat for the family and their guests.</sub>
